To report fraud, suspicious activity, or a lost or stolen card:
Call the branch at 360-452-3883 and select option 2 for our Fraud Detection Center (24 hours)
Send us a message on the app, or email us directly at memberservices@svcu.com and we will respond during business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Strait View Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee is available to our membership if you have a complaint or concern. You can make a written statement to their own post office box (only accessible by a Supervisory Committee member).
